Upon entry into this beautiful accommodation New York, you will be greeted with the sight of a cozy arrangement where the living room, dining area and kitchen are in an open space. The entire area is designed to provide ample space for six people to move around through strategic layout. The floor mimics wood, thus, giving the area a cozy feel.

In the living area, the queen-size futon can be folded as a sofa during the day and unfolded to accommodate two adults at night. Throw pillows and a throw rug gives vibrant color to the setup while also serving as impromptu sleeping materials for quick naps. A coffee table can be used to hold snacks or prop up your feet while watching television shows or movies - use the DVD player for this purpose - on the wall-mounted flat-screen 42-inch plasma television.

Off to one side of the living room is the dining area. A dining table and chairs complete the setup with a large print on the wall adding the color to the off-white walls of the apartment. The dining set is positioned so that it is possible to watch the shows or movies from this area.
